My 2 daughters 12 and 9, as well as myself were in need of a good hair cut. Dalal was extremely patient with my 9yo who is very fidgety and doesn't sit still. Dalal also managed to not only cut, but also layer and style my 12yo, who suffers from severe ticks, which was managed well and professionally. It's been an extremely long time this mum has been able to have an enjoyable experience like this.
I can not recommend the staff highly enough.

I have been getting my haircut plus a toner with Maria for the last eighteen months. She does amazing work on my very thick hair, and I am always happy with my hair. Thank you Maria♥️
Got my hair extensions taped on by Maria. I was very anxious because to start with I’ve very fine, thin hair I didn’t want to cause anymore damage. I was assured the best glue will be used, I was assured my hair was not going to be damaged. I went to remove them and it was the most horrible experience. The pain of removing the taped extensions left me in tears. No matter how much we tried to get the glue off it was stuck in my hair. It pulled big chunk of my hair out with it. I was horrified. Not only did they damage my hair, I spent over $700 on getting them done plus shampoo and conditioner she recommended I needed to keep my extensions in good shape. I asked to be contacted by the manager, still waiting… absolute regret. Go there if you want your hair damaged.
I had an incredible experience at Hair House Warehouse with their talented piercer (Mario). From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The piercer took the time to explain the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their expertise. The studio was immaculately clean, and I could tell that hygiene was a top priority.
What truly sets this place apart is the piercer's skill and attention to detail. My piercing turned out beautifully, exactly as I had hoped. They provided excellent aftercare instructions, ensuring a smooth healing process.

I have been seeing Maria for almost two years and she has the magic touch! She even fixed my hair (after attempting to colour it myself during lockdown). Maria does such a wonderful job, I love how I feel after I leave the salon every time single time! The only person I trust to do my balayage and cut.
Furthermore, the atmosphere is so great! The staff are all beautiful and positive people, I always enjoy their company. All so friendly and accommodating.
Loved my haircut and blow wave done by Dalal not only is she just lovely but did such a good job with my blow wave when I saw the result I couldn’t believe it. Best blow wave I have ever gotten. Had so many compliments!
Went here to get my ears pierced and the man who pierced my ears was incredibly nice and patient whilst piercing them. I have a fear of getting my ears pierced which he was told and with the kindness and patience he used it hardly hurt. I’m not sure if he’s the only piercer there, but by far he’s my favourite one. He’s a professional and has been practicing piercing for a while. Definitely recommended if u want to get a piercing. Something even better, we went to Priceline to get my ears pierced but they weren’t bothered doing them, and once we came to hairhouse warehouse they straight away welcomed me and got my ears done. I was feeling a bit anxious yesterday when I went to look at different brands and shades of permanent hair colours, belinda welcomed me into the store and listened to exactly what I wanted as I explained my hair type this is the first time for me to colour my hair at home, I usually go to the salon to get this done but unfortunately I didn't have time to book in to get it done because of a tragedy that occurred day before I needed to get rid of my grey hairs. Belinda took the time with me explaining the different brands an which one would be best for my hair type, she also knew what shade I wanted, she guided me through the colours comparing the different shades, she also wrote down exactly the amounts of the colour and toner to mix together explaining everything to me. I was very happy with the service that belinda had given me, I will definitely be going back to her to buy all my products!! Thank you belinda, you made my experience very pleasant, 😃 👍
